Students may register by mail, email, in person or by phone using the APA Registration and Waiver forms. Registration by mail or email will be confirmed with a phone call from an APA staff member. Registration includes an annual, non-refundable fee of $25 per family. Early registration is recommended to ensure a place in the appropriate class. The first month's tuition and registration fee are due upon registering for classes.
Tuition is due in full on the first class of each month. Tuition is based on the season and is not adjusted due to cancellations or absences. If the office is not notified before the second class of the month that you will be dropping the class, you are responsible for the tuition for that month.

There will be a $10 late fee added to all accounts if tuition is not received by the 15th of each month. An additional $15 late fee will be added if tuition is not received by the last day of each month. These fees are non negotiable. After 3 months of non-payment of tuition student will be removed from all classes and/or rehearsals and unpaid balances will be sent to Collection.
There will be a $35 returned check fee for any checks returned by the bank.
Full refunds will be issued for any class cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. No refunds will be made after the second class of each month. All refunds are at the discretion of the directors.
